Artwork guidlines for custom embroidery

We prefer to recieve vector artwork such as .PDF, .AI, .EPS or .CDR files of your logo for us to digitize for embroidery polos & shirts.  However we can work with high resolution non vector (raster or bitmapped) files as well such as .jpg, .png, .tiff, or .bmp.  These non vector files should be at least 150 DPI (dots per inch) at the final embroidered size.

Turntime for embroidery orders

At T-Shirt Charity we turn every order as fast as possible, but embroidery orders are more time consuming then screen printing orders.  Our standard turn time for logo embroidery is 10 days from proof approval to delivery. IF you require faster production please call us to make sure we can accomodate your deadline.

Proofing your order

We always send proofs for any order before we go into production for custom embroidered shirts, however with embroidery we can provide an actual scan or photo of the finished sewn logo.  This type of sample is known as a sew out and is availble by request for a nominal charge of $10.00. Requesting sew outs can delay your order up to 2 days.
