T-Shirt Charity has come along way from the days of custom screen printing is Steve's garage with t-shirts scattered all over the house. Now a days we do our custom screen printing is a 4000 square foot facility with both automatic and manual screen printing presses, and it looks like that will be outgrown very soon.

T-Shirt Charity has the ability to custom screen print over 2500 garments in an 8 hour shift. We can screen print up to 8 colors on both light and dark garments. T-Shirt Charity is one of the few custom screen printing companies that has the ability to screen print full color photographic images on both light and dark garments. Most custom screen printers achieve this by using direct to garment printers or digital heat transfers, both of these methods are inferior to our full color custom screen printing. In order to archivethis our full color prints we custom screen print both four color process on light and dark garnetsas well as simulated process on light and dark garments. Both of these process are very technical and have takenyears of practiceand patience.

In addition to our exceptional full color custom screen printing T-Shirt Charity mastered the art of screen printing with discharge inks. Discharge Screen Printing is screen printing technique where a chemical is printed onto a 100% cotton t-shirt and removes the color from the shirt. Discharge screen printing results in a very soft print that once washed cannot be felton the shirt.
