Trucker hats- Custom trucker hats make great inexpensive giveaways and are very polular amoung bands, high schoolers and college students, not to mention truckers. Custom Trucker hats can be produced quickly and inexpensively, For example 100 custom trucker hats screen printed with one color would cost $3.50 each and that includes set up and shipping! Custom Trucker hats are a great product for bands to sell at shows.

Baseball caps – The most poular hat on the market. Custom baseball caps typically fit into two groups fitted and adjustable. Custom fitted basball caps are more expensive and have a much higher percieved value. There are two types of custom fitted baseball caps available: Flexfit and true fitted ballcaps. Flexfit caps come in 2-3 sizes and will fit heads of several sizes from young children to full grown adults with huge noggins. On the other hand true fitted caps must be purchased at the actual siz of a the buyers head. These are very popular at the retail level but don't make very good promotional products or sellable merchandise because the size varations needed to fit a audience of varing head sizes. (that was a mouthfull!) Adjustable size custom baseball caps are a much more populare choice for promotional products due to the lower cost and wide range of heads they fitt.
