Custom Embroidery

In addition to high quality screen printing T-Shirt Charity also offers high end retail quality custom embroidery. We Specialize in doing custom embroidery on hats, golf shirts, woven button up shirts, beannie caps, blankets, bags, outerwear, work wear and more.

T-shirt Charity can take your logo or design and turn it into beautiful custom embroidered apparel. We utilize state of the art modern (new) embroidery machines that are capable of holding the finest detail possible. We easily handle both simple left chest logos and complex 270 degree cap designs.

We have no minimum or maximum order on custom embroidery, however embroidery prices will drop when the quantity of pieces ordered increases.

The most important component of custom embroidery is the digitizing of your logo. This is the process of taking your logo or design and converting it from a simple graphic file to a detailed file the embroidery machine can read. The digitizing process turns your graphic file into stitches that the machine will read and sew. The digitizing is essentially the set up charge you pay associated with custom embroidery. The size and complexity of your design will determine this cost. For example to digitize our logo in the top left corner might cost $35.00, but to digitize the more complex "start your design now logo" to the right might cost $75.00. Once your design is digitized it is saved and you will not be charged for repeat orders.

T-Shirt Charity produces its domestic custom embroidery in both Charlotte, NC and Chicago , IL. On larger order we can source your custom embroidery to a oversees factory. Oversees embroidery typically does not realize a saving for our customer until a thresholdof 500 pieces is realized. Our oversees embroidery options are utilized solelyfor embroidering custom hats, all shirt, bag, and accessory embroidery is done domestically.
