When will I receive my order?

For T-shirts and most apparel, standard delivery within the contiguous 48 United States is 14 days, and rush orders are delivered in 7 days, from the time you place your order. Can I order my design on multiple shirt styles and/or colors?

You can order different color and styles of shirts. The design has to be the same on all of shirts. If you need to order different color shirts, give us a call at 1-877-654-4361, and a customer representative will be happy to help you with your order.

What determines my price?

The price of your garment is based on quantity, number of ink colors, how many print locations, and the product itself. T-Shirt Charity's pricing is all inclusive, meaning that all costs (set-up fees, screen charges, etc.) are already factored into the price. Shipping is free.

What is the minimum I can order?

Our minimum for all garments is 12.

Does my price get lower as my order gets larger?

Yes it does. T-Shirt Charity offers bulk quantity pricing. This means that the more garments you order, (with the same design on all of them) the lower your price goes per piece.

Can I get a sample sent to me before I place my order?

By using T-Shirt Charity's Online Design Tool, you are able to preview your logo or design on any of the products in our catalogue. Be assured that every order is reviewed by our graphic art department to ensure accuracy. If there is a problem we will contact you immediately.

Printed samples are not available for custom screen print or embroidery orders due to the time and cost required to set up a job.

Can you print individual names and/or numbers on my items?

Yes, you can customize your items with vinyl pressed names and numbers. We do this very often on Sport Jerseys, Hoodies, and even basic t-shirts. Individual names can be printed in one color for an additional $3.50 per garment or in two colors for an additional $4.50 per garment. If you want individual numbers we can press them in one or two colors. The additional price for one digit/one color numbers is $2.50 per garment, the price for two digit/one color numbers is $3.50 per garment. The price for one digit/two color numbers is $4.50 per garment, and the price for two digit/two color numbers is $5.50 per garment. Names and numbers are available in a variety of styles and sizes.

I need help with my artwork – can you help me?

Absolutely, at T-Shirt Charity, if you use our on line Design Tool, we can help you with basic edits and layouts and that type of work is included in the prices. However, if you require full featured, created from scratch artwork, just give us a call and we will create that perfect design for you. Our typical hourly rate is $40 an hour for full featured, created from scratch concept artwork designed by one of our in-house artists. Basic edits and layouts are included in our price and are typical of over 99% of our orders that are placed online. If you have any doubt or questions just call or email us.

Do you have specialty inks?
Yes, we have Discharge ink, Glow in the Dark ink, High Density ink, Caviar beads, fluorescent inks, Puff and Suede ink, Shimmer and Metallic inks, Metallic foil, as well as Crystolina and Gel Overlay. To get pricing on specialty inks, please call us at 1-877-654-4361

What is the largest print area?
We can print to a maximum of 12.5" wide by 17.5" tall

Do you match pantone colors?
Yes, we will mix your Pantone color for a nominal fee of $10, for orders of 250 or more.

Does black count as an ink color?
Yes, unless your garment is black, count black as a color. The same applies to white. Unless your garment is white, count white as an ink color when figuring the number of ink colors in your design.

Can I print a photograph?
Yes, but as it involves slightly more sophisticated technology, there is a different pricing structure and minimum quantity order. If you need a photo style print please call us at 1-877-654-4361 for special pricing.

What types of art files do you accept?

Vector files are required. Acceptable file types for logos and graphics are:

If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with. If for some reason we cannot work with the file(s) you have sent us we will notify you immediately.

Please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (200 DPI or greater preferred). The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look.

What type of finishing services do you provide?

T-shirt Charity is a full service operation. We offer folding, poly bagging, hang tagging, blind shipping and more. Each service has an additional cost. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-877-654-4361 for more information.

Can I add more shirts to my order once the order has been placed?

Yes. You can add shirts to your order but there is a small window of opportunity to make changes. The sooner you let us know of additional sizes, the better. We recommend contacting your customer service rep by the third business day at the latest. You cannot add shirts to rush orders. Adding shirts may delay the production time of your order.

Can I change the sizes in my order once the order has been placed?

Yes, but you will accrue a restocking fee plus any additional cost resulting from the change that was not covered in your original order. We do not recommend making changes to your order once it has been placed unless it is absolutely necessary.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For the security of all credit card transactions, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud so it is important that the billing address you use in the ordering process matches the billing address of your credit card. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
