Relabeled t-shirts

Our private label t-shirt program is great for promoting your brand beyond the normal screen printed t-shirt.  The custom labeled t-shirt program is also great for starting a custom line of t-shirts.  The pricing guide to the right includes a 1 color custom tag printed inside the back neckline of the garment and a 1 color print in 1 location on the t-shirt.  See below for further details and as always feel free to call with any questions regarding custom printed t-shirt labels and tags.

*Turntime - Usually 10-15 business days,Please call to confirm

*Setup - $25.00 includes 5 different size tags ie. S-XXL no setup charges for screen printing on shirt.

*Additional colors printed for tag print - call for price and send artwork. Due to the small print size not all designs will work.

*Additonal colors for shirt print - see chart below

*Hangtag application - $.20 each

*Polybagging - $.50 each incl 1 mil polybaggs

*Color changes - $10.00 per color, per location

*Color matching - $25.00 per color

*customers supplying shirts should use shirts with tearaway labels, never us tagless tees or shirt with a tag already printed inside the neck.

Standard shirt colors for custom tagged tees

Specs: 5.4oz 100% preshrunk cotton, seamless collorette, double needle stitching on neck sleeves and bottom hem, shoulder to shoulder tape, heather grey is 90% cotton 10% polyester.

Colors for fashion fit custom t-shirt relabeling

Specs: 4.5oz 100% ringspun cotton, 30 singles, taped shoulder to shoulder, hemmed sleeves and bottom, contemporary fit, narrower ribbed collar with coverseaming, ash is 99% cotton 1% polester, light steel is 90% cotton 10% polyester.
